Government scholarships consists of two parts and given as partial or full tuition fee waivers towards covering living costs. However the scholarships are administered by the every individual higher education institution.
And there are some eligible points for scholarship the applicant has to be:
- Granted a time limited residence permit in Denmark due to education
- Must enroll in full degree higher education
- Citizen of a country outside the EU (European Union) and Switzerland or EEA (European Economic Area)
When coming to the application fees the students from outside EEA/Switzerland/EU will be charged a fee when applying for residence permit visa to study in Denmark.
Visas and immigration in Denmark:
If the applicant wants to study a graduate program in Denmark they need to apply for student visa depending on where the EU citizens are allowed to live in any EU country while studying. Therefore the course lasts longer than 3 months and have to confirmed place at an approved educational university or institution.
